Master of Grudges 8

Hello everyone,

After a short break, we’re back with our collaboration with Aubec on painting his all-Slayer Dwarf army. As we mentioned in the previous article, we weren’t entirely sure whether this project would continue. Fortunately, this is great news for all fans of red beards and mighty axes: a large batch of miniatures has been entrusted to us, and the adventure goes on to our greatest delight!

In this article, we’d like to showcase a miniature we have recently completed and which was, in the end, sorely missing from the army: the famous Goblin Hewer.

This iconic war machine will bring back many memories for veteran Warhammer players. It appeared during the Storm of Chaos campaign, where the Slayer Army List featured it prominently alongside the fearsome Doomseekers and the legendary Garagrim Ironfist.

It is worth noting that the upper chain was unfortunately missing, as it was not supplied with the miniature. However, this did not prevent us from completing the project. The missing part can easily be added later if it is found, allowing this impressive war machine to be fully restored.
