The project we initially envisioned took more time than expected, while the hobby itself evolved significantly in the meantime. By the end of 2024, external actors had moved ahead of us by launching a website dedicated to campaigns set in the Warhammer universes. Not wishing to compete with a similar initiative, we chose to rethink our approach.
In light of our evolving goals, this blog now focuses on the present and future of the revised project. In this spirit, and to thank our supporters without interfering with this new initiative, we will publish a supplementary article on our participatory platform, retracing the full history of the project from its inception.
Although our project has evolved, our new goal is to offer a wide range of content focused on wargaming and miniature painting. The entire project will be accessible to everyone, except for a few additional articles reserved for our donors, which will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the site as a token of appreciation.
The more support we receive from the community, the more content we’ll be able to deliver. This support can be financial, but creative contributions such as illustrations or article writing are just as valuable.
Our first objective is to publish several articles per week. Your feedback will be essential to our growth, as it will guide our future publications and help us better meet the expectations of the gaming community. Don’t hesitate to leave a comment — we will read and consider each one carefully.
A simple idea from you could inspire an article or even lead to a collaboration, as our ambition is to make this blog a true space dedicated to the wargaming community. As you’ll see in the future, we have already partnered with painting studios and artists to enrich the blog’s content and bring you a genuine diversity of perspectives and styles.
And what about the campaign project we originally planned? It hasn’t been abandoned, but it will be reimagined in the future. Our current priority is to raise awareness of the site and to offer rich, varied, and high-quality content. Once this first milestone is reached, we will return to other projects — including the one we initially envisioned.
Aware that this introductory article may be less exciting for hobby enthusiasts, we’re publishing a second article today—one that’s much closer to the universe we want to share with you.
