Hello everyone,
To continue working through our list of priorities, we are finally turning our attention to Silver Tower, starting with a gallery of the champions from the core box, whose miniatures were painted by Craftworld Studio.
As we have not yet decided which heroes we will take on our adventures, we have decided to showcase all of them in this article.
The core box contained a Darkoath Chieftain, a Knight-Questor, a Fyreslayer Doomseeker, an Excelsior Warpriest, a Mistweaver Saih and a Tenebrael Shard.
The painting work from this studio is truly extraordinary and has a very distinctive identity of its own. Mistweaver Saih was actually the first miniature from the box to be painted. It went on to win painting competitions and received praise from David Waeselynck, the miniature’s sculptor.
As for the heroes from the core set, whose cards we will go through in detail in a future article when we officially begin our adventure, we can already confirm, after reading through their rules, that Knight-Questor, Doomseeker, Mistweaver Saih, the Excelsior Warpriest and the Tenebrael Shard seem to us to be slightly stronger than the Darkoath Chieftain.
We will carry out a more detailed comparison of all the heroes who have received a card later on, probably once we have completed our first adventure.
Since this will be a family game, everyone will choose their hero primarily based on their aesthetic preferences rather than their rules. At worst, this will simply make the adventure a little more challenging, which shouldn’t stop us from having a great time!
In the next article, we will introduce you to a gallery of the story’s villains before finally diving into the campaign.
