Hello everyone,
As you have probably noticed, we have gradually moved away from the original project as it was presented in its early days (as evidenced by the history available on PATREON). Initially, our activities were meant to be largely focused on the world of Warhammer 40,000, mainly because we already owned a substantial collection of Games Workshop miniatures.
This direction was not necessarily the result of a deliberate strategic choice, but rather the natural consequence of our existing resources and interests at the time. Over the years, several opportunities came our way, particularly the chance to acquire miniatures and game ranges at attractive prices. Encouraged by the members of our association and motivated by a desire to explore new gaming horizons, we decided to take the plunge and gradually diversify our activities.
Today, in 2026, we felt it was important to provide an update on the project’s current reality, its evolution, and the goals we are pursuing. Where exactly do we stand? What have we accomplished since our beginnings? And most importantly, what are our medium- and long-term plans for all the games we now support?
In the weeks and months ahead, we intend to continue expanding our offerings across several universes and game systems while preserving the values that have defined us from the start: sharing, discovery, community, and a passion for miniatures. This diversification not only allows us to attract new players, but also provides greater variety for our community and helps ensure the long-term sustainability of the project.
In this presentation, we will review the different game ranges we currently support, the projects currently under development, and the directions we are considering for the years to come.
Games Workshop Games :
We remain committed to offering all games supported by Games Workshop. Despite certain rules that can sometimes be debated depending on the edition or game system, it is undeniable that this publisher continues to excel in two key areas: the richness of its universes and the quality of its miniatures.
Over the years, we have developed several projects around its major licenses, including Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, The Old World, and Legions Imperialis, as well as smaller but equally interesting formats such as Warhammer Quest, Warhammer Underworlds, and other specialist games.
Our objective for the coming years is twofold: to strengthen the projects already underway while continuing to explore new opportunities. The Games Workshop universe remains an important part of our activities, and we intend to continue expanding it through new armies, new terrain, and additional content.
Conquest :
Conquest is probably the game that has surprised us the most in recent years. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, our opinion remains mixed regarding certain miniature ranges, whose sculpting and design can sometimes lack consistency. However, once assembled and painted, the miniatures often look truly impressive on the tabletop.
What ultimately won us over, however, was the rules system. The game offers original, strategic, and highly enjoyable mechanics, which explains why we have decided to invest more heavily in it.
Our objectives for 2026 are:
- Complete our Yoroni army.
- Develop a second faction in The Last Argument of Kings format.
- Expand our First Blood collection, which also offers dynamic and highly engaging gameplay.
- Continue producing content around the game in order to introduce this universe to a wider audience of players.
StarCraft :
Our status as playtesters naturally encourages us to follow this project very closely. The miniatures are of excellent quality, faithfully capturing the look and feel of the video game universe, and the rules appear extremely promising. The games we have played so far have left us with a very positive impression, both in terms of strategic depth and immersion.
Our main objective is ultimately to build an army for each available faction so that we can offer demonstrations and a wide variety of games.
However, our initial efforts will focus on the Protoss, which currently serve as our primary testing army. As the game evolves and new releases become available, we will gradually expand our collection to include the other factions.
A Song of Ice and Fire (ASOIAF) :
As for A Song of Ice and Fire, our Stark army continues to grow and remains our top priority.
After a more difficult period, CMON appears to be regaining some momentum, which is somewhat reassuring given our significant commitment to the Tactics project, for which we invested a substantial amount during the crowdfunding campaign.
Looking ahead, several objectives are on our agenda:
- Fully master the latest rules update.
- Continue expanding and painting our existing armies.
- Begin developing our Lannister army more seriously, as it represents our second major project within the game.
- Closely follow the evolution of the range and upcoming releases.
Despite the uncertainties the license has faced in recent times, we remain confident in the game’s potential.
Other Games :
Beyond our main projects, we also want to continue broadening the variety of games featured on the blog. Our goal is to discover new systems, explore different universes, and share even more miniature and tabletop gaming content with you.
Among the projects currently underway or planned are:
- Star Wars Shatterpoint : Despite recent announcements regarding a slowdown—or even a halt—in new releases for the range, we remain interested in the game. We already own the core set, several factions, and a variety of terrain pieces, allowing us to offer games and content centered around this excellent skirmish system.
- Dungeon Saga : A project that mainly awaits a bit more motivation on the painting side. The materials and miniatures are already there; all that remains is finding the time needed to give it the attention it deserves.
- Kill Team : This project is already well underway, with several teams currently being assembled and painted. We hope to soon provide battle reports and team showcases.
- Reichbusters : We are still awaiting delivery of the Kickstarter before we can fully dedicate ourselves to the project.
- Star Wars: Legion : For now, this project remains more of a dream than a reality. However, the appeal of the Star Wars universe and the game’s well-established reputation make it a strong candidate to eventually find its place on our gaming tables.
And these are just a few examples. Many other games regularly catch our attention, whether miniature wargames, dungeon crawlers, or skirmish systems. As always, our greatest challenge remains the same: finding enough time to assemble, paint, and play everything that inspires us!
One thing is certain: we are not short on ideas, and many new projects should appear on the blog, sooner or later, over the coming months and years. Above all, our goal remains to share our discoveries, our progress, and our passion with you, regardless of the universes we explore.
