Hello everyone,
This is a somewhat special army project, as it will showcase miniatures from our personal collection, accumulated over the years. It felt essential to us to pay tribute to them through painting, as these models resonate with many players and hold a special place in the history of the hobby.
Given the number of miniatures we own, we are confident that we will easily be able to create various army lists or, failing that, field them in games of Kill Team. This project is therefore intended to be both flexible and representative of the richness of this faction.
What we particularly love about this army is, above all, the diversity of its eclectic miniatures. We grew up with the various Inquisition codexes released over the years, as well as the narrative freedom they offered, both in terms of background and army composition. This historical and visual richness lies at the heart of our motivation.
Today, we present a miniature painted by ourselves purely for enjoyment. However, Sigur from BattleBrushStudio will be responsible for painting the army as a whole, in order to give it true artistic coherence and elevate this project over the long term.
This priest was iconic in its time, particularly thanks to its eviscerator, which was both especially fun and formidable in terms of game rules. The miniature was also difficult to obtain, as it was very powerful in play and had been removed from the range for a period of time.
It has recently returned to the spotlight thanks to Kill Team: Sanctifiers, which allows it to be used as a proxy for the new miniature. We own six copies; it is clear that nowadays such a number is no longer truly necessary.
You will therefore see this first model painted by us, followed later by another version painted by Sigur.
We hope this new project will excite you and continue to offer you even more content to follow.
