Chaos Space Marines Project : Cultists with Close Combat Weapons

Hello everyone,

Today’s short update is to introduce our second unit of cultists. Even though the rules have evolved since their conception, this unit was originally designed to be used in close combat.

We have now reached a total of 40 fully painted cultists, which is starting to give real coherence and a clear direction to our renegade army.

As previously mentioned, these units are intended to accompany the different Chaos armies in 40K. Their deliberately neutral paint scheme will allow us to easily integrate them into various army lists, depending on our preferences.

As for the equipment, it will also provide us with some flexibility for our scenarios. It may prove useful if we return to older versions of the rules or if we decide to launch a narrative campaign such as the Siege of Vraks, using the rules from that era.

We still have quite a few cultists left to paint. Since their number is already substantial, the rest will come later, as several other projects need to be prioritized before continuing this one.

So we’ll see you again soon with other projects, while we wait for the next update on this one.
