The list of collaborations for our painting projects is becoming clearer. Many projects should move forward this year, subject of course to our budget.
The goal of these collaborations is, as always, to offer you as much high-quality content as possible. The more armies we have across different games, the more flexibility we gain and the more varied and regular the articles we can provide.
It is also essential for us to continue offering articles that showcase miniatures painted to a high standard.
Your feedback is, once again, extremely important: please don’t hesitate to rate and comment on the articles to help guide us going forward and influence our future choices.
First quarter 2026
ASOIAF: Two Stark units as well as heroes are currently being painted for our A Song of Ice and Fire project by Unlimited Colors Studio. Expected completion: March 2026
Warhammer 40,000: 3 units of Imperial Navy Breachers, 1 unit of Voidsmen-at-Arms, Various Inquisition agents, painted by BattlebrushStudio. Expected completion: March / April 2026
This is our major commission at the start of the year. Any support via PATREON will therefore be very welcome, as the budget involved is significant for us.
Second quarter 2026
Blood Bowl: Necromantic Horrors team painted by Paintcore Studio. Expected completion: April 2026
Age of Sigmar: Progress on the Ironjawz army, including : 3 Brute Ragerz, 3 Weirdbrute Wrekkaz, 1 Ardboy Big Boss, 10 Ardboyz, 1 Gork Icon (Forge World), 5 Brutes, 1 Mega Boss
Painted by Keopsy Miniature. Expected completion: June 2026
Kill Team: Strike Force Justian painted by Double Six Minis. Expected completion: June / July 2026
We therefore plan to strengthen our coverage of Blood Bowl and Kill Team going forward.
We own all versions of Kill Team, and it is currently difficult for us to cover the entire game in terms of painted miniatures. That said, the upcoming content will be very substantial, and the more support we receive, the faster these projects will be able to move forward.
Third quarter 2026
Star Wars Shatterpoint: Painting of the teams by Jérôme le Mini Peintre. Expected delivery: August / September 2026
The goal is to fully introduce this game on the blog, with numerous painting tutorials.
Blood Bowl: A new team to continue the overall progress of the project.
Fourth quarter 2026
These projects remain tentative. Without external support, it is not certain that we will be able to complete all of them this year due to budget constraints.
- Finalizing our Stark army with two new units as well as completing the heroes.
- For Warhammer 40,000, starting the painting commission of 2 Skitarii units and 1 unit of Sicarian Infiltrators.
- Completing the Imperial Harbingers Space Marines army.
Whenever possible, we will prioritize miniature painting over illustrations. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to fund new illustrations this year in addition to those we already own.
