Hello everyone,
Today, we’re stepping a little outside the Spearhead project to show you our first Gore-gruntas, finally ready to charge across the frozen lands in the name of their leader.
We’re especially happy to see this unit completed, because honestly, they’re a real pain to assemble! It’s easy to end up with gaps between certain parts, especially around the creature’s head.
But once that tricky stage was behind us, KeopsyMiniature once again handled the painting and basing brilliantly. The colors blend perfectly with the rest of the army, giving the whole force a cohesive, brutal, and unmistakably Orruk look.
The army is really starting to take shape, and Urkuk Skull-Smasha can be proud to see his Gore-gruntas ready to smash straight into the fray. Just a few more units, and the Waaagh! will be able to roar at full strength!
We are currently in the final stages of assembling the next wave of miniatures. The 10 Orruk Durboys from the Spearhead have now been fully assembled, marking a nice step forward in the project.
Meanwhile, the 3 Brute Ragers are still waiting to be purchased and assembled, along with 8 other miniatures that will be joining the ranks soon. Needless to say, there’s still plenty of work ahead before the next part of the army takes shape!
Before this upcoming wave of miniatures arrives, another piece will make an appearance on the blog, just to keep the suspense alive and help the Waaagh! stay patient.
